Information clause - Competitions/conferences/training

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan hereby informs you that:
(1) Your personal data is administered by the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań with its registered office at ul. H. Wieniawskiego 1, 61-712 Poznań.
(2) The Data Administrator appointed a Data Protection Supervisor - e-mail contact iod@amu.edu.pl
(3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of registration, organisation and holding of a conference: PCLA2018 conference, Cognitive Linguistics in the year 2018, 24 - 26 September 2018.
(4) The basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent to the processing of personal data.
(5) Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
(6) Data will not be made available to third parties, except in cases provided by law and entities cooperating with the data controller with respect to the implementation of the conference PCLA conference, Cognitive Linguistics in the year 2018, 24 - 26 September 2018.
(7) The data will be kept for the period necessary for the above mentioned purposes and afterwards for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of the generally applicable law.
(8) You have the right to access the content of your data and, subject to the law, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing. If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall have consequences for the future. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
(9) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
(10) Your data will not be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling in accordance with Article 22 of the RODO.
