·        17.02-28.02.2023 -  registration for study Erasmus Mobility in USOSWEB

·        01.03-10.03.2023 – processing of applications and awarding of scholarships

!!  10.03-14.03.2023 - submit a signed statement of interest for mobility (downloadable from usosweb) to the departmental erasmus office or by e-mail to erasmus@wa.amu.edu.pl.

·        20.03-27.03.2023 – (planned) supplementary recruitment in USOSWEB

·        28.03-06.04.2023 – processing of applications and awarding of scholarships

Recruitment criteria (max. 100 points can be obtained).

•           up to 25 points for grade point average (confirmed by BOS); min. grade point average: 3,0;

•           up to 25 points for the cover letter.

•           up to 25 points for achievements (e.g. scientific, cultural, social) and student activities.

•           up to 20 points for knowledge of the language required by the university at a higher level than that required by the agreement.

•           up to 5 points seniority of year.

Dodatkowe wymagania:

  • Language requirement:
    • The minimum level of Spanish requested to come to UC | Chile is B2 and the certificate must be delivered within the application period. The acceptance of students with a B1 level is conditional to their inscription in the B2 Spanish course. For more information, check our website.
  • The students must apply with a valid passport for the whole mobility period (the passport can not be changed) in order to issue their acceptance letter with enough time in advance for them to apply for the visa.
  • To prepare their study plan, students can check a tentative list of courses for the March-July 2023 semester as a reference in this link. However, this list of courses is not definite and may vary as well as its availability and/or number of vacancies.
  • After the students' acceptance, check our portal Llegada a la UC. Our Students Services’ Team will contact the students directly to give them information and support regarding the migration process, health insurance, welcome activities, among others
