Here is a printable PDF map of the campus and vicinity, including the detailed instructions below.
The Morasko campus is about 7 km north of central Poznań. The two best methods of getting there are (1) by public transportation (tram) (journey time of less than 20 minutes from the centre plus 5 minutes of walking); or (2) by taxi/ride share (journey time of about 25 minutes from the centre).
By tram
You will most probably start your journey in the city centre, where most hotels and hostels are located.
Your destination will be the os. Sobieskiego terminus (final stop) of the “Express Tram” (Polish Poznański Szybki Tramwaj, PST) line. This is usually displayed as “os. Sobieskiego” or “os. Jana III Sobieskiego” on the LED boards at the front of each tram. Make sure that you board a tram travelling in the correct direction. From the city centre, the lines to use are no. 12, 14, 15 and 16.
Public transport info for Poznań is available on Google Maps but local services are sometimes more trustworthy. Jakdojade.pl is a Polish trip planner offering generally accurate and up-to-date trip planning and timetabling. It has an interface in a number of languages, including English, and mobile apps for all the major platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Phone). Please make sure you check data roaming charges with your mobile operator. If not sure, only use the service when connected to a WiFi network.
The journey from the centre to the os. Sobieskiego terminus will usually take less than 20 minutes. Upon arriving at os. Sobieskiego, cross the street, turn left, continue until the railway tracks, cross them, and walk along the pedestrian path towards the Campus buildings. The Political Science building will be the second one you reach. You can consult the printable PDF map above for orientation.
By taxi
A taxi ride from the city centre to the venue should take about 25 minutes, depending on traffic, and cost approximately 30-35 PLN (8 EUR).

Ride share
Uber and Bolt are available in Poznań, and are somewhat cheaper than metred taxis.
Internet access
The Political Science building, as well as all the other AMU buildings on the campus and in the centre, offer WiFi Internet access using the eduRoam scheme. If your home institution is a member of the system, you will be able to log on to the wireless network simply using your home login. For those of our guests who cannot take advantage of that approach, we will offer a dedicated PLM WiFi network in the Political Science building.
Outside of AMU buildings, the centre of Poznań is covered by a free municipal network, wireless.poznan.pl. While limited in speed and requiring a log-on every hour, it is usable for emergency access.
The entire urban area has LTE mobile internet access. Note that roaming charges will apply; check these with your home operator.
