Please note that all the prices above are in Euros. PhD student registration requires written confirmation of your status from your institution.

The fee covers:

participation in the conference;
conference materials;
refreshments during coffee breaks;
technical and administrative assistance during the conference;
lunches served at the conference venue;
the conference banquet (unless "without banquet" is selected above).

Please note that the fee does not cover accommodation or meals other than lunches and coffee breaks. Please consult the Venue and accommodation section for some accommodation suggestions.
