UPDATE 2020-07-18: WA Staff Office 365 and AMU email have been merged. The so-called WA email will follow in a few days. From now on, the best email address for sharing files in Office 365 is the "plain" @amu.edu.pl email address of your teachers. (If you can't find it in Teams or OneDrive, you should be able to view your Teacher's address in the Participants list of your Moodle course.)

How best to e-mail Faculty of English Staff from within Office 365 - e.g. from Mail / Outlook Online or via OneDrive (when sharing a file)?
Best practice (at the moment, at least) is : use your Teacher's amu.edu.pl email address. For example, if you were to share a file with me via Office365, share it with przemka
amu.edu.pl. use your Teacher's o365 email address, rather than "wa.amu.edu.pl" or "amu.edu.pl" address.
Why?
Simple emails sent from Mail / Outlook Online will reach your Teacher regardless of which address you choose. For the same reason if you simply message your Teacher using WA Moodle's "message" option, there should be no problem.
BUT there will be a problem with file sharing.
If you want to share with a Teacher a file which you store on your AMU Office365 OneDrive, the link must be created for (and ideally sent to) your Teacher's o365.amu.edu.pl email address.
For example, if you were to share a file with me via Office365, you'd have to share it with przemka
o365.amu.edu.pl , and NOT with kprzemek
wa.amu.edu.pl or przemka
amu.edu.pl.
Otherwise, I will most likely be unable to access the file :(
Unfortunately, the various mailing systems for Staff do not "talk to each other" seamlessly at the moment.
