Dear Staff Members,
In accordance with the Faculty Council decision from May 2013 (Uchwała nr 64 z dnia 10 maja 2013 r. w sprawie procedur regulujących funkcjonowanie platformy Moodle na Wydziale Anglistyki), starting in the first semester of the academic year 2014-2015, students taking courses at WA should be able to find their representation also on the WA Moodle platform.
Also, as you already know, we are now using the upgraded Moodle 2.6 – a version slightly differing from version 1.9, previously used at WA.
Center for Educational Technologies and Language Processing (CETLAP) offers all the necessary training and assistance to all WA teaching staff so that by the end of October every teacher at WA knows how to start and manage, at least at the basic level, their own Moodle courses. That is why CETLAP is resuming the Moodle workshop program.
FOR WHOM:
Beginners and advanced moodlers. There will be separate workshops for each group (see below).
WHEN:
There will be 4 workshops in September: 3 for the beginners and 1 for the advanced users:
1. Thursday 18th September 13:15 – 14:45 (90 min.)
2. Friday 19th September 13:15 – 14:45 (90 min.)
3. Wednesday 24th September 13:15 – 14:45 (90 min.)
4. Friday 26th September 14:30 – 16:00 (90 min.) (Advanced)
