GradTalks – PhD and MA students' meetings
GradTalks is a series of MA and PhD students' meetings organised by the WA PhD Student Council, which continues the tradition of PhD Student Meetups. Its main goal is to provide a platform for the young researchers willing to present their current research and to obtain some constructive feedback as well as to hone their academic skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
We invite young researchers of all scientific disciplines in the hope of bringing interdisciplinarity to the table.
To provoke fruitful discussions, GradTalks is open to all WA students and staff. All the presentations are chaired by other PhD students.
The event is also open to PhD students of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures as well as the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology. Although the official language of GradTalks is English, it will be possible for the speakers to present their papers in Polish, too.
REGISTRATION: If you want to present your research project, please fill in this form. The deadline for submissions is 4th December 2020. If there are more students willing to present than available time slots, papers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
TIME SLOTS: 20 min for presentation, 10 min for discussion
