In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan hereby informs you that:
(1) Your personal data is administered by the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań with its registered office at ul. H. Wieniawskiego 1, 61-712 Poznań.
(2) The Data Administrator appointed a Data Protection Supervisor - e-mail contact iod@amu.edu.pl
(3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of registration, organisation and holding of a conference: 28th PASE Conference 27-29 June 2019.
(4) The basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent to the processing of personal data.
(5) Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
(6) Data will not be made available to third parties, except in cases provided by law and entities cooperating with the data controller with respect to the implementation of the 28th PASE Conference 27-29 June 2019.
(7) The data will be kept for the period necessary for the above mentioned purposes and afterwards for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of the generally applicable law.
(8) You have the right to access the content of your data and, subject to the law, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing. If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall have consequences for the future. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
(9) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
(10) Your data will not be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling in accordance with Article 22 of the RODO.
Zgodnie z Artykułem 13. rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w prawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/94/EC (Ogólne Rozporządzenie o Ochronie Danych, Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu informuje, że:
(1) Państwa dane osobowe są przetwarzane przez Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, a jego siedziba jest zarejestrowana na adres ul. H. Wieniawskiego 1, 61-712 Poznań.
(2) Administrator Danych wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych – adres email iod@amu.edu.pl
(3) Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na potrzeby rejestracji, organizacji oraz przeprowadzenia konferencji: 28 Konferencja PASE 27-29 czerwca 2019.
(4) Podstawą do przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych jest zgoda na owe przetwarzanie danych osobowych.
(5) Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne ale konieczne dla celu w którym są zbierane.
(6) Dane osobowe nie będą udostępniane osobom trzecim, z wyjątkiem przypadków przewidzianych przez prawo i podmioty współpracujące z administratorem danych w związku z organizacja 28. Konferencji PASE 27-29 czerwca 2019.
(7) Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres potrzebny do realizacji wyżej wymienionych celów oraz później przez okres i w zakresie wymaganym przez przepisy powszechnie obowiązującego prawa.
(8) Mają Państwo prawo do wglądu w swoje dane osobowe oraz, zgodnie z prawem, prawo do sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych. Jeśli Państwa dane są przetwarzane na podstawie wyrażonej zgody, mają Państwo prawo do wycofania zgody w każdym momencie. Wycofanie zgody będzie miało skutki na przyszłość. Wycofanie zgody nie ma wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.
(9) Mają Państwo prawo do złożenia skargi do organu nadzorującego – Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
(10) Państwa dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany i nie będą podlegały profilowaniu zgodnie z Artykułem 22. Ogólnego Rozporządzenia o Ochronie Danych Osobowych (RODO)
