To access your AMU staff / student email, use the Outlook app after logging in.
 

 

Tutorials for Staff:

  1. How to login to AMU Office365 => CHANGE: From 17 July 2020 the login is your plain amu.edu.pl email address, without the "o365" suffix. 
  2. Users of wa.amu.edu.pl Faculty email have emails and notifications from AMU Office365 automatically forwarded to their WA email accounts.  NOTE: WA Email is being phased out in July 2020 ! Consult the email communiques received from the WA Computer Lab's Head Tomasz Drewniak.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While you can send simple messages from within USOSWeb (USOSMail), you will not read your received mail there. DO make sure that your Office365 Mail works, and use that for emailing. NOTE: If you cannot access your Office365 Mail, please do NOT use USOSMail, as you will be unable to read the replies you get!

 
 
 

FINAL TECHNICAL NOTES:

  • Depending on the language settings of your browser and inside your Office365 service, some AMU Office365 screens may display to you in English, while others in Polish, especially if you are a Polish user.
  • AMU Office365 is a cloud-based environment - AMU Students and Staff do not receive free copies of Office desktop programs. If you do have your own private copy of MS Office (must be Office 2010 or later), you will be able to connect it to your AMU Office365 account (as so-called "konto służbowe", "work or school account" etc.) as well.
