I received a Bill upon London in
May last from a Mr Thomas Overa
Alias Thomas Overa Avard for 100-
Sterling, he has of late sold off the
greatest part of his Cattle and is
intending to leave this part of the
Colony, I am apprehensive he may
have advise from England that the
Bill will not be paid, a I am _
informed he has applied for a
Colonial, or pass for England _ I beg
you will have the goodness to withold the said pass from him untill
I can have advise from England respecting
the said Bill and you will Oblige
