My Lord,
In consequence of my intimacy to
Your Excellency that the Settlers in the district
of Albany were in great want of Mills to grind
their Wheat & Indian Corn, your Excellency was
pleased to direct me to purchase a few Mills
for the purpose of supplying so great and necessary
want _ I did then purchase Sundry Mills as of bill
amounting to Rds 775 _ which I beg your
Excellency will be pleased to order payment
of and give your instructions in the distribution
of the Same
