The Memorial
of John Morton
Humbly Sheweth
That your Memorialist brought a
Party into this Colony independent of
Government and in consequence of the
late unfavourable Seasons, with other
casualties has expended the whole of his
Property, was obligated to walk from the
frontiers for the want of the means And
Humbly solicits your Excellency to
grant him a passage to the Native Clime
or place him in a Situation that may
enable him to earn a sufficiency for the
same _
Your Memorialist in duty bound doth
ever pray _
