The Memorial of Christopher Webb most humbly
Sheweth
That your Excellencys Memorialist who belongs to the
Salem party and is by profession a Shoemaker has been the subject
of very serious misfortune since his residence in this Colony _ That
he resided upon his Location during a period of Four Years and
has sunk a Capital of several Hundred pounds sterling and therefore
your Memorialist humbly prays that your Excellency will
be graciously pleased to grant him a Loan of 500Rds and
for which he will give security by House and Land in Grahams
Town and will feel himself in duty bound to pray
