The Memorial of John Stroud, Carpenter and George Penny, Labourer, most humbly
Sheweth
That your Excellencys Memorialists came to this Colony
in the Party which left England under the superintendence of
Captain D Campbell from whom they have each obtained his
discharge, and as no impediment exists to their removal from
the District after they have obtained your Excellencys sanction
they humbly pray that you will be graciously pleased to grant
them individually a Colonial Pass, and your Memorialist as
in duty bound will ever pray.
