The Memorial of William Biggs, Labourer
belonging to George Southeys party of
Settlers .
Humbly Sheweth.
That your Memoralist has a desire of
quitting this District for some other part of the
Colony in order to seek his Livelihood, and annexes

he have no Claim or demand whatever on me.
Therefore your Memoralist Humbly Prays
your Excellency will be pleased to grant him a
Colonial Pass, for which if granted your Memorialist
as in duty Bound shall ever Pray &c &c &c _
