Humbly Sheweth
That your Memorialist is in
possession of a Grant of Land upon
which it is his intention to Build a
Substantial House to assisst him in
which and in the purchase of a
Waggon your Memorialist prays
that your Excellency would be

pleased to Grant him a Loan
of Rds 1000 _
Your Memorialist begs to
Inform your Excellency that he can
give good and ample Security for
the payment of the same, that being
a Brick Maker by trade he is
desirous to obtain a Waggon being
at great expence for Carriage of
his Bricks into Town.
That your Excellency will
be pleased to take the prayer of
your Memorialist into Consideration
And as in duty bound he will
ever pray.
