The Memorial of William Stirk
Humbly Sheweth,
That Your Memorialist has remained
on his Location ever since he came to
this Colony, And has about Seven
Acres of Land in a good State of
Cultivation and about twenty Head
of Cattle,

That your Memorialist is very
desirous of increasing his Stock
of Cattle &c. And humbly prays
your Excellency will be pleased
to grant him a Loan of four
hundred Rix Dollars _ for which
he will give good Security, and
your Memorialist as in duty
bound will ever pray &c. &c. &c
