That Your Memorialist
is by Trade a Blacksmith. _
That your Memorialist is in Possession of a good Stone House, fourteen head
of Cattle and has about Six _
Acres of Land in Cultivation. _
That your Memorialist is desirous
of increasing his Stock of Cattle &c.
And humbly prays your
Excellency will be pleased to
grant him a Loan of four
hundred Rix Dollars. for which
he will pay Interest and
give good Security of the same
And your Memorialist
as in duty bound will ever pray
