Humbly Sheweth, /
That your Memorialists having /
received a grant of a piece of Ground at Bathurst /
for the erection of a Mill thereon for different /
purposes already stated to your Excellency, And /
that since having received said grant, your /
memorialists has spared no time in bringing /
such /a\ desirable object into execution, by exerting /
their utmost so to do, but finding the under=taking /
to be heavier, and attendant with /
greater expence than your memorialists at /
first calculated upon, thro’ unavoidable /
disappointments, and unforeseen obstacles /
arising from local circumstances _ most /
humbly prays your Excellency for a /
Government Loan of twelve Hundred /
Rix Dollars to enable your memorialists /
to complete their Designs in erecting /
