the Following is a Copy of Memorial Presented to
Wm Hayward Esgr;, September 1824. to which i have
Received no answer _

The Humble Memorial of James Powell Sheweth that he
is one of the Party of Wm Holder. that he Paid a
Considerable Part of the Deposit mony Required by
Goverment, that the mony Required was 140 , according
to the Return mad by Mr Holder, but the Persons who
actualy Came ought to have Paid, 127;10. _
in Consequence of a Family of a man Wife and three
Children not Comeing to the Colony, Consequently i am
Deficent of their Part of the Said Deposit, , _

I therefore humbly Claim your Excellencys attention to the
Same, and will as in Duty Bound ever Pray
