Sir
It being his Excellency the
acting Governors declared intention to lay
the purchase money of the place Elands
Kloof on all the vacant Land in that
neighbourhood, and that it should be
divided accordingly; I beg leave to request
possession of the whole of such Land, on
condition of paying the full amount of
the purchase money together with the sum
of two thousand Rix Dollars, being the
estimated value of the Building on the
place Donker Hook) by instalments, to commence
in four years and
to be completed in eight years _
