That Memorialist is a labouring man
who has from the time he was located in the
Colony remained on his location but that owing
to the difficulties which he in common with
other Setlers have had to encounter he has not been able
to get on as well as he expected. Memorialist is greatly
in want of a Waggon to enable him to follow his
Agricultural employment to more advantage
and hearing of your Excellencys kindness to some
others in Similar Circomstances by lending them
Money Memorialist Humbly prays your Excellency
to lend him about 500 Rix Dollars on his
own Stocks securety which consists of 200
Acres of land 20 of which is fenced in and 50 head
of Cattle which must be considerably Decreased
if Memorialist Cannot obtain a waggon without
