Sir
The Bearer Mr. George Jenkinson a Member of my
Division of Mr. Sephtons Party, proceeding to Algoa Bay.
wishes to reside a Cape Town, considering it will be
more beneficial to himself and family, then proceeding
further on in the Colony. in compliance with his
wish I give him my free consent, providing the
Government will be pleased to grant him permission
to reside there. _
