The humble Petition of John
Henry Heath _
Humbly Sheweth !
That your Petitioner did on Wednesday
last take the liberty of sending a Petition
to your Excellency, Praying that the Business of
your Petitioner and a Mr. Jarman, might
be referred in judicio to the proper Court.
Your Petitioner most humbly Prays
that your Excellency would take the matter into
your humane consideration, and be pleased to
answer the said Petition _ Your Petitioner
as the Business now stands ) being incapable
of doing any thing for the support of his Family
consisting of a Wife and two Infant Children)
and is put to a considerable expense in _
remaining in Grahams Town .
And your Petitioner as in Duty
Bound will ever Pray &c
