Most humbly Shewith
That petitioner is by trade a turner and not
Finding it to answer in this part of the
Country stoped on his location until what
Little he had was Expended not understanding
the farming business
That there is no claims whatever on
Petitioner as he has settled his Commissariat
Accompt for the stores he received and gott
a clear receipt from the head of his party

Clan William.
And petitioner trusting to your
Excellencys most Gracious Benignity hopes
your Excellency will grant him a pass to go
to England.
