The Memorial of William
Cluster. Hemraad of Albany.
Your Memorialist begs humbly
to State that He has expended during the
last four Years a very considerable sum
of Money in permanent Buildings. Cultivation
Inclosures &c. &c. and that a great proportion
of his Crops of Grain &c have annually
been destroyed by Rust. Storms & and
from not having had the advantage of
Rations, as a Settler, through those trying
Seasons his expences have far exceeded
his returns. and memorialist is
consequently

consequently under a Temporary inconvenience
and pray that your Excellency will be
Kind Enough to Grant him the Loan of
Fifteen hundred Rix dollars on the usual
Terms.
And Memorialist as in duty
bound will ever pray
