may it please your Lordship to Inform me what
are the Conditions that o is offered by His Majestys
Government to Persons that do take out the Number of
Men Women and Children to the Colony for to settle
at the Cape of Good Hope according to the Terms
specified in the Circular Letter and at what place
they do embark at and at what time they do embark
for the Parish of Cam are over Burdened with poor
and propose sending out at least Ten able Boded Men
above the Age of Eighteen principally with large
Families and wether the person so taking them out will
be allowed to take out any Tools such as used in
the Cultivation of Land and what he must advance in
Money for his passage, and Tunage for such Tools
if so allowed
