In some Weeks myself and two of my elder sons have
been afflicted with the Rheumatism and we now feel this most severely
as it has prevented us the honor and pleasure of attending upon your
Lordship Annexd I make free to submit some subjects respecting
the improvement of the province if any of them are found worthy
your Lordships attention I would gladly assist to bring them to an
usefull issue gratefull for all favours I have the honor to be
