Sheweth.
That your Memorialist of Mr Bailys Party
from London, a Single Man owing to a very Ill
State of Health wishes to have a Colonial or
other Pass to Proceed to England as he has
been a Soldier in his Majestys 24 Regt of Foot
for 14 Years. and was discharged with a Pension
of 5d a day. I came out as a Settler, but finding
the Country does not agree with him Wishes to
return home.
