of Albany were in great want of Mills to grind /
their Wheat 7+ Indian Corn, your Excellency was /
pleased to direct me to purchase a few Mills /
for the purpose of supplying so great and neces+sary /
want _ I did then purchase Sundry Mills as of bill /
amounting to Rds 775 _ which I beg your /
Excellency will be pleased to order payment /
of and give your instructions in the distribution /
of the Same /
