Humbly Sheweth /
That your Memorialist brought a /
Party into this Colony independent of /
Government and in consequence of the /
late unfavourable Seasons, with other /
casualties has expended the whole of his /

Humbly solicits your Excellency to /
grant him a pas+sage to the Native Clime /
or place him in a Situation that may /
