The Memorial of John Stroud, Carpenter and George Penny, Labourer, most humbly /
Sheweth /
That your Excellency’s Memorialists came to this Colony /
in the Party which left England under the superintendence of /
Captain D Campbell from whom they have each obtained his /
discharge, and as no impediment exists # to their removal from /
the District after they have obtained your Excellency’s sanction /
they humbly pray that you will be graciously pleased to grant /
them individually a Colonial Pas+s, and your Memorialist as /
in duty bound will ever pray. /
