Humbly sheweth /
That your Memorialist /
after having his first House burnt /
down, and a second Brick house /
destroyed by the inundation, of /
last Year; has now build a Sub=stantial House and established /
himself on his Land with a Stock of /

has occasioned Your Memorialist /
to /

to contract a Debt of upwards /
of Three Hundred Rix Dollars /
That to extricate himself from /
the pres+sure of this debt which may /
(if suddenly called for) again /
reduce him to Want; /
