Humbly Shewith /
That your Memorialist is one /
of M\r/ H\h./ Sephtons party of Settlers and deposited Five /
Pounds in the hands of Government in London for /
his son who was an apprentice whose master first /
gave consent but when the time came to im=bark /
refused and was left behind _ /
That your memorialist is a poor man and Borrowd /
the money of a man who now demands payment _ /
(wich in consequence of the Failure wich he has in=devoured /
to maintain on his Location ) he is unable /
to do except your Excellency will in compasion /
command that the remaining two deposits be paid /
having received the first, your petitioner has /
not received neither rations, nor stores, for his son /
and therefore humbly Intreats your Excellency to /
consider his case and deside according to charity /
And your Memorialist as in duty bound /
