Humbly Sheweth ! /
That your Petitioner did on Wednesday /
last take the liberty of sending a Petition /
to your Excellency, Praying that the Busines+s of /
your Petitioner and a M\r./ Jarman, might /
be referred in judicio to the proper Court. /
Your Petitioner most humbly Prays /
that your Excellency would take the matter into /
your humane consideration, and be pleased to /
answer the said Petition _ Your Petitioner /
(as the Busines+s now stands ) being incapable /
of doing any thing for the support of his Family /
(consisting of a Wife and two Infant Children) /
and is put to a considerable expense in _ /
remaining in Grahams Town . /
And your Petitioner as in Duty /
